If you haven't popped by the Eyre Commons lately, you may be surprised to see these glowing patches of light scattered about the place. At first glance, they look akin to a particle experiment gone awry or even a griefing incident (with an uncharacteristic taint of good taste)
But as one comes closer, one sees the intricate variations in glow and colour, all slowly moving, and a sort of mesmeritic state begins.
It is all an exhibition by Mr. LawnDart Curtis, who encourages visitors to stand INSIDE the balls of light and take a picture. The light changes one's avatar in surprising ways. My new friend Mr. Bones and I could not resist (and this image has not been photoshopped at all):
